According to an official release, the company sold over 1050 homes, exceeding a value of Rs 3,000 crore. This marks their most triumphant launch ever, both in terms of sales volume and value.

Godrej Zenith isn't just a sales success; it's also the company's largest residential development in Gurgaon. This accomplishment reflects a significant rise in Gurgaon's sales for Godrej Properties, with a year-on-year increase of 473% in FY24. Looking ahead, they boast a robust launch pipeline for FY25, including exciting new projects planned for Sectors 103, 43, and 54. These upcoming launches are poised to solidify Godrej Properties' position as a major player in the Gurgaon market.

This achievement isn't a one-off for Godrej Properties. This marks the second time in Gurgaon and the fourth time across India that the company has surpassed Rs 2,000 crore in sales during a launch phase in FY24. Other notable projects with impressive sales figures include Godrej Reserve in Kandivali, Mumbai (Rs 2,690 crore in Q4 FY24), Godrej Aristocrat in Sector 49, Gurgaon (over Rs 2,875 crore), and Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida (over Rs 2,000 crore in Q2 FY24).
